Non-Exempt Position Description:
(PP/PT) Locate, identify, view, measure, record data, and appraise residential and vacant properties to establish an estimate of market value for Ad Valorem real estate tax purposes. Work Hours:
The normal hours of work shall be 40 hours per week, overtime as necessary and approved.
Work Location:
Itasca County Assessor's Department, Second Floor, Courthouse, 123 NE 4th St, Grand Rapids, MN and County-wide on field projects.
