Job Description
Great opportunity to engage with residents in problem-solving property maintenance concerns. If you enjoy interacting with the public and helping residents find resolutions to comply with the city code, this is an excellent opportunity. Help keep neighborhoods and businesses well-maintained and safe by educating the community about our property maintenance code. You'll conduct inspections, meet with property owners, respond to complaints, and ensure properties are brought into compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, a desire to engage with residents and business owners, and the ability to navigate a variety of inspection tasks.
