For more than a decade, we've provided high-quality Reserve Studies, Insurance Appraisals, and related solutions to communities, resorts, and commercial properties nationwide. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Site Specialists to support our continued growth. Position Overview As a Site Specialist with Global Solution Partners, you will be responsible for completing on-site evaluations that support our Reserve Studies and Insurance Appraisals. You'll meet clients on-site, identify and document physical assets, evaluate component conditions, and ensure accurate, organized data collection using mobile apps. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy field work, client interaction, and structured documentation. Key Responsibilities On-Site Client Interaction Meet the client or property contact on-site at the start of the visit. Communicate clearly and professionally regarding the scope of work for the day's evaluation. Component Identification & Evaluation Identify major common-area components throughout the property. Typical components include (but are not limited to): building exteriors (roofs, siding, foundations, windows, balconies); amenities (pools, clubhouses, gyms); site features (roads, parking lots, sidewalks, stormwater systems). Fencing, signage, gates, and other common-area assets Assess and record component condition using visual inspection techniques. Photo Documentation (CompanyCam) Capture clear, comprehensive photos of all components using the CompanyCam mobile application. Ensure required angles, data plates, labels, and context photos are included. Organize, tag, and comment on photos as trained. Measurement & Quantification Measure components as needed (e.g., linear feet, square footage) and/or count quantities (e.g., light poles, storm drains, and pool furniture) Follow GSP's established measurement standards and guidelines. Data Entry & Reporting (Device Magic) Document findings using the Device Magic mobile application. Input component details, conditions, dimensions, counts, and notes with accuracy and clarity. Submit all required forms upon completion of the site visit. Professionalism & Best Practices Follow GSP protocols, safety standards, and best practices on every site. Communicate with Project Managers to clarify expectations or report unusual site conditions. Qualifications Experience Experience in construction, inspections, property management, facility maintenance, engineering, or related fields preferred. The ability to visually identify common construction materials and site components is highly beneficial. Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to professionally interact with clients, residents, and team members. Transportation Must have reliable, professional-appearing transportation and required insurance. Frequent travel to different community sites is required. Technology Requirements Smartphone (less than four years old) capable of running CompanyCam and Device Magic. Sufficient data plan to upload 100+ photos per project. Basic proficiency with mobile apps for documentation and communication. Compensation & Structure This is an independent contractor position intended as a supplemental income opportunity. $160-$400 per project (fee agreed upon before assignment) Average site visits last 1.5-4 hours on-site Flexible scheduling About Us At Global Solution Partners, we support our team through a collaborative culture, clear processes, and responsive leadership.
