Responsible for the Property Management of all non-Hospital owned and leased facilities which includes maintaining and creating value in real property consistent with the owner's relations, financial budgeting and expense control and all other operational aspects of the property in compliance with HMH administrative policy and the highest standard of professional ethics. Coordinates maintenance and annual assessments of safety. This position is an on-call 24/7 role and will require you to travel to different sites throughout the Central/Southern regions of New Jersey.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :
Associates degree, or High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs with relevant, equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Licenses and Certifications Required :
