Overview At Nettie's, we are seeking a host to lead our restaurant's guest experience with enthusiasm and professionalism. This is a position for someone who is passionate about hospitality, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will set the tone and pace of the dining room, manage guest communications, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment. We are seeking someone who is organized, proactive, confident, hospitality-focused, and has at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

First impressions are key to ensuring a memorable experience. Maintaining a strong and consistent presence at the host stand. Manage the flow and pacing of the dining room- ensuring server sections are fair and balanced. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally. Manage reservations efficiently using our restaurant management system, Resy. Monitor and respond promptly to guest messages, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
