(REAL ESTATE)- 40410 Minimum Qualifications 1.
- Experience in appraising commercial properties of increasing complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, follow through and complete tasks.
- Dedication to providing timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
- Attentiveness, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Proficient in narrative appraisal report writing (work samples may be requested).
- Candidates should have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal, skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License in good standing.
- Commitment to professional development and continual learning.
- Appraisal Institute MAI Designation or Candidate for Designation a plus.
