Position Overview:
As a Building/Construction Consultant at ACC, you will leverage your expertise in construction and property assessments to provide thorough, accurate, and reliable consulting services to our clients. From conducting site inspections to preparing detailed reports, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate property damage claims with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site inspections of damaged commercial and residential properties
  • Prepare detailed damage assessments, cost estimates, and repair recommendations
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters, contractors, and property owners
  • Utilize Xactimate and other industry-standard tools for estimating and reporting
  • Deliver high-quality reports that provide clarity and support decision-making
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, materials, and construction practices
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the process
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or property damage consulting or insurance (adjusting commercial / residential property claims)
  • Proficiency with Xactimate and other construction estimating software
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
