Job DescriptionJob Description SummaryAs a Field Property Adjuster, you will play a critical role in helping customers recover from property losses by delivering exceptional claim service from first notice of loss through resolution. You will travel throughout Burlington, Middlesex, Mercer, and Monmouth Counties to inspect property damages, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, negotiate settlements, and guide customers through the claims process.
This role combines field inspections with virtual claim handling, requiring flexibility to assess losses in person and through virtual inspection technology. Using tools such as Xactimate, you'll evaluate damages related to weather, water, wind, and other property losses while providing a seamless customer experience.
You'll work independently while collaborating closely with your leadership team, peers, contractors, vendors, and customers. A company vehicle is provided for this designated field territory. The role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to manage your own schedule and daily routing while maintaining customer commitments and business expectations. The ideal candidate will live in Central or Southern New Jersey.
