About Us Newivy Investment and Management LLC is a growing residential property management company serving the Myrtle Beach area. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping properties successfully transition from one tenant to the next. This is not a traditional office position. We are not simply looking for someone to lease homes—we're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and seeing a property successfully transition from one tenant to the next. ⸻ Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Tenant Move-Out Property Turnover Leasing Communication ⸻ Schedule Flexible. Most property showings occur during afternoons, evenings. ⸻ Compensation Performance-based.
