Work with the Tarrant County Health Department to provide documents and assistance during the Plan Review for new units. Monitor CSC Corporation Service Company for statutory representation in Virginia and in California. Complete paperwork to change title information for new company vehicles. Obtain registration and license plates at the Dallas County Tax Office. Preparation of Annual Minutes for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Complete all forms on line, advertise in local newspapers, obtain Sales and Use Tax Numbers, draft Management or Service Agreement, if needed, obtain signatures of owners, Comptroller of Public Accounts, City Secretary, and County Clerk to be uploaded to the on line application form.
