Job Description
PURE HomeRiver seeks a detail-oriented Field Assessor to inspect residential properties, document conditions, and support renovation planning for our Real Estate portfolio. Working within Field Operations & Site Management, you'll conduct onsite assessments, capture photos and measurements, complete digital reports, and recommend repairs aligned with our sustainability standards. Collaborating closely with project managers and contractors, you'll help ensure accurate scopes of work, code compliance, and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct onsite assessments of residential properties for condition, safety, and renovation needs Document findings with detailed notes, photos, and measurements using digital tools Prepare accurate assessment reports to support scopes of work and cost estimates Verify alignment with building codes, company standards, and sustainability guidelines Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors on site conditions Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding risks, timelines, and site constraints Track and update visit outcomes in field reporting and property management systems Recommend priority repairs and improvements to enhance property value and efficiency Ensure compliance with safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements Provide feedback to improve field operations processes and customer satisfaction Required Skills Residential property inspection Building systems and structural basics Reading construction plans/scope of work Digital field reporting tools (e.g., mobile apps, tablets) Residential building codes and regulations (basic) Photo documentation and measurement MS Office or Google Workspace Time management and route planning Basic cost/quantity estimation Safety and OSHA awareness
