The Field Technician supports day-to-day repair and upkeep of REMS residential and condo properties. We have both full-time and part-time positions available at the location(s) listed above. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys getting out of the office and being a reliable source for residents and vendors.
Duties include:
Conducting property and move-out inspections, renewal and final walkthroughs while documenting observations Posting notices, property communications, vendor instructions, and other required documentation Supporting property access needs through key management, lockbox coordination and access assistance Providing minor maintenance support and serving as the on-site resource for maintenance requests, emergencies and concerns Serving as an on-site point of contact for residents, property owners, vendors, and contractors What experience and skills do I need to be successful? A well-rounded skill set with the ability to support inspections. property operations and minor maintenance Experience with rental properties, storage facilities, property management, maintenance, or similar is highly desired Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and with team members Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed
