You will be tasked with addressing fire and water damage crises, working to return residential and commercial properties to their pre-loss state. Core Responsibilities Provide rapid assistance during fire and water damage incidents, which includes availability for emergency calls outside of standard business hours. Support the restoration process by performing property cleanup, structural drying, and necessary demolition work. Utilize professional-grade equipment to effectively manage and repair property damage. Help maintain a safe and high-quality working environment for the entire team on every project. Participate in periodic travel across Wisconsin and to regions impacted by hurricanes to aid in recovery operations. Required Qualifications Experience in carpentry is considered a plus, though it is not a mandatory requirement. Capacity to maintain a flexible schedule, with the expectation of working evenings and weekends when necessary. Demonstrate a strong commitment to your work, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Openness to traveling as needed to assist with disaster relief and recovery missions. Compensation and Growth Initial compensation begins at $18.00 per hour, with adjustments based on your relevant background.
