This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams for supporting documentation review, and regulatory submissions. Support role — Consumer goods / Personal care Preffered Fresh college graduates with a science background.
ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES
Supporting Regulatory Affairs in day-to-day activities Documentation preparation with supervision Collating and organizing regulatory documents Providing general administrative and coordination support to the regulatory affairs team Coordination / communication with internal teams Coordination / communication with external partners, as required Filing and tracking Methodical follow-ups with minimal supervision Timely project delivery
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Some exposure to regulatory, compliance, or quality functions — even in an admin capacity Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared drives, and online portals Good communicator ,able to follow up clearly and professionally with external parties Able to hit the ground running with minimal handholding Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis (Excel or similar tools).
