We provide end-to-end services for both import and export customers, managing the entire process from shipment coordination to documentation. Our team works closely with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth and accurate operations. With 17 years of hands-on know-how, we are committed to training and supporting our employees. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Carefully read, prepare, and review documentation Communicate clearly and professionally via email, outlook. Prioritize tasks and manage work order based on deadlines and instructions Support the team with general office and documentation work. Also, we provide daily lunch money to support our team and fully stocked pantry with coffee and snacks to keep you energized. We enjoy a friendly atmosphere where we often gather for lunch and support one another. Salary will be determined based on your experience ($43k for Entry/Trainee, up to $60k for experienced Junior).
