Salary:
$34-$40/hr. (depending on experience) Summary The Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports state regulatory registration activities and helps ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. This role manages regulatory documentation, maintains tracking systems, and coordinates with regulatory agencies to support timely product registrations. Job Description Support state regulatory activities for product registrations and renewals, including various regulatory submission types. Communicate with state regulatory agencies regarding submissions, approvals, and renewals. Maintain and update regulatory databases and internal tracking systems. Scan, organize, and electronically file regulatory documents and supporting materials. Track and process state registration fees, including new registrations, renewals, and tonnage fees. Review product labels for accuracy and consistency. Interpret and evaluate regulatory requirements to support compliance. Respond to regulatory information requests from internal and external stakeholders. Provide general regulatory and administrative support as assigned. Skills Required Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with databases or data management systems. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility in changing work environments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience using document comparison tools is an asset. Experience working in a dynamic environment where priorities frequently change. Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently rather than simply following established procedures. Experience entering, maintaining, querying, or managing data in databases. Strong organizational and time management skills. Education/Training/Certifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
