ASAP Position Overview We are seeking a Regulatory Specialist I to join a regulatory team supporting a leading organization in the food and flavor industry. This position will support regulatory compliance activities, customer and internal requests, documentation, and regulatory information related to food and flavor products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or expand their regulatory experience within a global food and flavor manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support regulatory activities and requirements related to food and flavor products. Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation and information for products and customers. Respond to internal and external regulatory inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Review regulatory information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements. Work closely with internal teams and customers to gather and provide necessary regulatory information. Support regulatory assessments, documentation updates, and ongoing compliance activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation within regulatory systems. Assist with identifying and addressing regulatory requirements and customer-specific needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and regulatory initiatives. Provide general regulatory support to the team as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific, regulatory, food science, or related field preferred. Previous experience in regulatory affairs, food/flavor, consumer products, or a related industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer systems. Why Consider This Opportunity?
