Job Description
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Regulatory Specialist with Hybrid schedule in Bridgewater, NJ. The company produces an extensive portfolio of consumer goods, including baby food, bottled water, breakfast cereals, coffee, dairy, pet care, and snacks. Responsibilities for Regulatory Specialist include but are not limited to:
- Managing technical queries and documentation via RDM.
- Coordinating registration dossiers through Polaris, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining data trackers for visibility.
- Applying for Certificates of Free Sale (FDA, NY Chamber, NJDHHS, etc.) and dispatching them.
- Dispatching finished product samples for registration requirements.
- Handling notarization/legalization for approvals and managing document collection and dispatch to markets.
- Liaising with Co Mans and suppliers for essential information.

Pay:
$48.53- $ 48.53/Hr.Shift:
Hybrid, M-F; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST- Weekly paycheck
