This role requires deep expertise in healthcare systems, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The Senior Risk Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, presents findings to senior leadership, and drives the organization's enterprise risk management and continuous improvement efforts. Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing performance of risk-based audit plans that comply with regulatory entities such as HRSA and FTCA, and oversee the performance of enterprise risk management framework for the organization at large Design and perform audits of clinical, financial, technical, regulatory, and operational processes, to include evaluating internal control in key functional areas as directed by leadership Manage risk audit findings, work with SME's to create related risk management and mitigation work plans Analyze data to proactively identify negative trends, inefficiencies, and control gaps - act upon those findings to create robust risk mitigation plans in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
