Job Summary The Loss Control Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and helping mitigate safety and risk exposures for clients across a variety of industries. This role involves conducting on-site inspections, assessing workplace safety programs, providing actionable recommendations, and partnering with clients to improve risk management practices, regulatory compliance, and overall safety performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site inspections, surveys, and audits to identify potential hazards and risk exposures.

Prepare detailed written reports outlining inspection findings, risk levels, and recommended corrective actions.

Evaluate workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures for effectiveness and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Provide practical recommendations to improve safety performance and regulatory compliance.

Develop and customize safety manuals, policies, procedures, and protocols for clients.

Develop and deliver safety training programs, including classroom, on-site, and virtual training as needed.

Conduct defensive driving training for client employees.

Assist clients with the assessment of new business operations, processes, and projects, and make appropriate risk and safety recommendations.

Support clients in the development and implementation of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).Collaborate with client management teams to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Stay current on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to safety and loss control.
