MMC). A day in the life. As our Associate Safety Consultant on the Employer Services team, you'll provide quality risk consulting services to MMA clients. Responsibilities include providing employee training, developing written policies, and documenting activity in agency management systems. Services should help clients reduce exposure to loss, and ensure clients are in compliance with governmental agencies such as MSHA, OSHA and DOT. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication. Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers. Proficiency in MS office applications required. Must be working towards ARM, CRM, OHST, CHST or CET. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Loss control experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier loss control services, and governmental safety regulations. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
