•SLOs, RTO/RPO & Failover Secure-by-Design Architecture Risk & Compliance Technology AI-Driven Risk & Compliance Solutions Senior Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide resilience, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Drive large-scale regulatory, risk, and technology transformation programs across complex financial environments. Apply deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks including
DORA, PSD3, ECB
guidance, and SIPS . Define and implement operational resilience and technology risk strategies. Apply resilience engineering principles including SLOs, RTO/RPO, failover, and secure-by-design practices . Partner with senior leaders, regulators, technology teams, and external stakeholders to drive program outcomes. Analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical technology and risk solutions. Leverage AI tools to accelerate risk/control evidence synthesis, reporting, and recurring issue management. Establish governance practices aligned with regulatory, risk, security, and resilience requirements. Provide strategic guidance across large-scale, cross-border regulatory and risk technology initiatives. Preferred Experience Global Financial Services / Banking environment
