Full-time with some evenings/weekends

York County, PA Pay Range:

About the Role JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a At-Risk Youth Intervention Specialist to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support to help families achieve stability. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work. Minimum Requirements High school diploma required Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle Ability to pass all required background clearances Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends What You'll Do Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance, and wellness program 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Company-paid short-term and long-term disability Tuition reimbursement Paid holidays and paid time off Employee referral bonus Clearance reimbursement and renewal JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
