Responsibilities Demonstrates solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier's checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes Understands and applies regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and internal policies to mitigate operational and compliance risk Analyzes complex payment scenarios, identifies root causes, resolves exceptions efficiently, and makes sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements Maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses Effectively partners with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support operational objectives Requirements Knowledge of payment operations processes and regulation compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in payment reviews Excellent communication and collaboration skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
