Required Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred majors/minors:
Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, or Healthcare. + If your degree is outside these majors/minors, you must have relevant prior experience or an internship in the analytics, finance, or insurance space. + Demonstrated quantitative capability (coursework, projects, or experience) and comfort working with math and numbers + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations with clarity- Preferred
Qualifications:
- + GPA 3.0 or higher + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills + Confident negotiator and problem-solver + Customer-focused mindset + Proficiency with Excel or similar analytical tools + Growth mindset and learning agility; comfortable using feedback to make improvements.

- This position is based in one of the following office locations: Bloomfield, CT; Denver, CO; Chattanooga, TN; Franklin, TN; Scottsdale, AZ; or Philadelphia, PA.

Employment Requirements:
- Selected candidates will be required to complete mandatory pre‑employment tasks approximately 45 days prior to the program start date. Completion of the drug test requires availability within the United States during this timeframe. +
