As a service-driven organization, we offer expertise in accounting, human resources, technical support, risk management, and other essential functions. Our services are exclusively available to our portfolio companies, which span senior housing, technology business solutions, commercial development, and real estate holdings. We are seeking a Senior Risk & Safety Analys t to lead risk management, insurance, workers' compensation, and safety compliance programs, while also overseeing office operations. What You'll Do Manage insurance programs and lead the annual renewal process with brokers and carriers Administer the workers' compensation program, including claims coordination, return-to-work initiatives, and policy renewals Run the Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance program Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, and ensure OSHA and safety regulation compliance Develop and maintain safety programs (IIPP, Workplace Violence Prevention, Emergency Action Plans) Oversee office operations, vendors, facilities, and workplace access/security Supervise and develop two part-time Office Assistants Support onboarding logistics and benefits administration as backup coverage What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4-7 years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance administration, or office operations Experience managing insurance renewals, claims, or compliance programs Supervisory or lead experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Prior workers' compensation and/or safety program experience preferred Why You'll Love Working Here We take care of our team members so they can do their best work: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus FSA/HSA options Life insurance and short/long term disability for peace of mind 401k with company match to help you build your future Generous PTO and paid holidays to rest and recharge Wellness programs and team events that bring people together A hybrid schedule that gives you flexibility and work-life balance Free coffee and snacks to keep you fueled all day Come join our team.
