Duties Conduct comprehensive safety inspections using inspection tools, measuring wheels, digital cameras for surveying, and mobile devices to identify hazards related to OSHA standards Perform risk analysis and trend identification by analyzing reports to develop actionable safety strategies. Implement OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations across all operational sites. Utilize GPS technology and digital surveying tools to document site conditions accurately and support property insurance and underwriting processes. Collaborate with clients and management to communicate safety protocols clearly, providing guidance on workplace safety, workers' compensation insurance requirements, and fraud prevention measures. Support incident investigations by collecting evidence with inspection tools and digital cameras; analyze root causes to prevent recurrence. Assist in training staff on safety procedures related to excavation and trenching. Experience Proven experience in loss control or risk management within industrial or commercial environments. Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards, OSHA regulations, fire codes, water damage restoration practices, mold remediation techniques, and property insurance policies. Familiarity with commercial insurance concepts including workers' compensation insurance and fraud detection strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to perform quantitative analysis using risk assessment tools; identify trends through data review. Experience with GPS devices, mobile technology for field data collection, inspection tools, measuring wheels, and digital cameras for surveying purposes. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
