Job Description
We are seeking an Engineer to join a 6-month contract position in Seattle, Washington, to design and operate an enterprise-scale AI agent risk and remediation program. This role is responsible for building crawling agents that monitor the entire fleet of AI agents across the organization, identifying risks, automating safe fixes, and routing unresolved issues to the appropriate owners. Responsibilities Build crawling agents that scan every agent in the enterprise built by any team to identify those needing attention, including deprecating models, token overruns, policy drift, and pending updates. Risk-tier identified issues using established tiers and criteria defined by Safety Standards. Build enterprise-scale remediation automation that pushes safe fixes across the agent population where the tier allows. Route issues that cannot be auto-fixed to each agent owner and follow up to closure against SLA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of AI systems. Support other duties and projects as assigned by business management. Qualifications Required Strong experience with Python. 2+ years of experience with AI Agents, LLMs, or Generative AI. 2+ years of experience in Risk, Governance, Compliance, or Monitoring. Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience, OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Preferred Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 2-4+ years developing and deploying machine learning models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering. 2-4+ years of experience with AI tools and software development using programming languages such as Python or R. 2-4+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows. Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification. Machine Learning certification. Certified Data Scientist (CDS) certification.
