full-time Manager of Safety, Compliance & Risk (On-site) We are seeking an experienced Manager of Safety, Compliance & Risk to lead safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and loss prevention initiatives across a growing multi-site operation. This position will partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to develop and maintain a proactive safety culture, strengthen regulatory compliance, reduce operational risk, and ensure facilities remain audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead company-wide workplace safety and compliance programs across multiple facilities Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, and hazard analyses Lead workplace incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, training programs, and documentation Oversee hazardous materials handling, storage, labeling, transportation, and compliance Analyze safety incidents and trends to develop preventative strategies Support loss prevention initiatives focused on shrink, theft, inventory damage, and asset protection Partner with Operations and Inventory teams to identify control gaps and reduce operational risk Manage third-party certifications and prepare facilities for external audits

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in safety, compliance, risk management, EHS, or loss prevention Experience within logistics, warehousing/distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar operational environments Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements Experience conducting safety/compliance audits and managing corrective actions Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis Hazardous materials compliance experience preferred Loss prevention, shrink reduction, or asset protection experience is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Safety, Risk Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
