Experience:

T he equivalent of at least six (6) years of professional full-time, progressively responsible, experience in risk management that included general liability, property and workers' compensation claims and insurance management for a large and diverse organization, public sector experience is highly desirable.

Education:

Bachelor's or higher-level degree in public or business administration, accounting, finance, risk management, insurance or a closely related field. License or Certificate•: Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) are highly desirable. Possession of a valid California driver's license. •Any license, certification, or registration required for this position shall be maintained (i.e. active and in good standing) at all times during employment with Napa County. For continued employment with Napa County, you must maintain such license, certification, or registration to meet the minimum qualifications of this position.
