Experience:

The equivalent of at least six (6) years of professional full-time, progressively responsible, experience in risk management that included general liability, property and workers' compensation claims and insurance management for a large and diverse organization, public sector experience is highly desirable.

Education:

Bachelor's or higher-level degree in public or business administration, accounting, finance, risk management, insurance or a closely related field. License or Certificate•: Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) are highly desirable. Possession of a valid California driver's license. •Any license, certification, or registration required for this position shall be maintained (i.e. active and in good standing) at all times during employment with Napa County.
