Job Description
Catholic Health Services, a mission-driven, faith-based not-for-profit serving South Florida, seeks a Risk Manager to lead risk management and patient safety initiatives across rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, home health, and hospice services. Reporting to Risk Management & Compliance, you will assess and mitigate clinical, operational, and regulatory risks, oversee incident reporting and root cause analyses, support claims management, and ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state requirements. You will partner with leaders and frontline staff to embed a just, safety-focused culture rooted in Catholic values of dignity, respect, teamwork, and ethical practice.
