- Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- + Lead independent development, review and challenge of mortgage and home equity credit strategies, including proposed changes to underwriting standards, credit policy, risk procedures, portfolio guardrails, and monitoring expectations.
- Areas of Focus
- + •Strategic initiatives:•Develop and review business strategies, growth plans, acquisition or integration activity, channel expansion, and changes that may alter the risk profile of mortgage or home equity portfolios.
- Loan sales and securitizations:
- Assess credit, operational, investor, regulatory, reporting, and policy considerations associated with loans originated for sale, securitization, or balance sheet retention. +
- New product development:
- Evaluate proposed product structures, eligibility criteria, customer impacts, collateral risk, profitability requirements, operational execution, controls, and post-launch monitoring. +
High Net Worth Client Lending:
- Partner with the Asset Management Credit Director to evaluate credit policies, procedures, and processes for enhancement opportunities to serve High Net Worth Clients. +
- Policy and governance:
- Recommend updates to PNC policy and procedures based on performance trends, regulatory expectations, investor requirements, market shifts, and internal review findings. +
- Lifecycle risk management:
- Review practices and outcomes across originations, servicing, default, foreclosure, liquidation, recovery, and loss recognition to ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and escalated. Base Salary:
$143,000.00- $297,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
