Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary:
The Risk Manager serves a leader, collaborating with the health care team to create an environment of high quality patient care and customer satisfaction. Assists with and encourages quality improvement works initiatives with each department. Collaborates with SRHC's Quality Improvement department for all quality reporting programs to ensure reporting requirements are met and opportunities for improvement are addressed appropriately.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum Experience Two years of clinical experience in a patient care area Management experience in a patient care area preferred Required Registration/License/Certification Current Kansas registered nurse license

Salina Regional Health Center •
MH Risk Management Schedule:
Full Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
