Job Description

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a large, privately held, multi-site manufacturing organization who is seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management. This newly created position can be hybrid or primarily remote, with a preference for candidates located in Greater Boston, Southern New Hampshire, or along the Route 128 corridor. The Director will lead the organization's commercial insurance and corporate risk-management activities, including insurance renewals, coverage analysis, claims administration, broker and carrier relationships, operational risk assessments, loss prevention, and contingency planning. This individual will partner with senior leadership to identify exposures and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies.
Qualifications include:
10+ years of corporate risk management and commercial insurance experience Senior-level experience within a large, multi-site manufacturing environment Broad knowledge of property, casualty, product liability, workers' compensation, auto, cyber, and business-interruption coverage Experience managing significant claims and negotiating with brokers and insurance carriers Strong operational-risk, loss-prevention, analytical, and executive communication skills Bachelor's degree required; or J.D. preferred International exposure and Oracle experience are helpful Compensation is targeted at $200,000-$250,000 plus bonus. #LI-GM1 KBW789
