• Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company.

You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian. Interns may have the opportunity to be considered for Guardian's Finance Leadership Development Program upon successful completion of the internship. We are seeking candidates who are curious, adaptable, and excited to gain exposure to different areas of the Finance and Risk organization.

Required Qualifications:

• + Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science (B.

S.) program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

+ An interest in exploring multiple areas of Finance and Risk and a willingness to learn about different functions and career paths across the organization

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills

+ Ability to communicate complex information clearly

+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Salary Range:
• $20.00 - $35.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
