This internship provides hands-on experience with risk, compliance, and internal governance processes within a professional services environment. This is a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to risk management in a professional services environment while working alongside experienced professionals. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Assisting with risk related reporting, analysis, and special projects Assisting with documentation and review of risk management policies and procedures Supporting internal risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities Conducting research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices Maintaining risk and compliance documentation Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Business, Compliance, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field associated with the CBIZ business models; with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 preferred Must be able to work in a team environment Active participation in student organizations and work experience in related field a plus, but not required
