About Clinical Safety and Risk Management Clinical Safety and Risk Management (CSRM) is an international, diverse team dedicated to advancing the safe use of our products through proactive safety surveillance, effective risk management, and transparent communication across all phases of the product lifecycle.



Internship OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic summer intern to support the team in developing innovative solutions that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance how we manage safety-related activities. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about the role of clinical safety in the pharmaceutical industry while contributing to practical projects that support safety surveillance, risk management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects.

Through this experience, the intern may assist with organizing and analyzing safety-related information, supporting documentation or training materials, identifying opportunities to simplify team processes, and exploring how digital tools-including AI-enabled approaches-can help improve the way work is performed.



Examples of Intern Daily TasksReview and organize safety-related information, documents, or trackers to support ongoing team activitiesAssist with preparing meeting materials, summaries, action-item lists, or follow-up documentationSupport updates to training resources, process guides, or team reference materialsHelp identify opportunities to streamline routine workflows or improve how information is captured and sharedUse Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, or OneNote to support documentation, collaboration, and communicationExplore practical ways that digital tools or AI-enabled solutions could support efficiency, knowledge management, or process improvement

Education:

Enrolled in a University Program (nursing, pharmacy, pre-medicine preferred)

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience with Microsoft programs/platforms (Word, Excel, Teams)

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Product knowledge/safety experienceExperience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance and/or risk managementExperience or demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence (AI)Please note that this position may be closed before the posted end date or may remain open longer, at the discretion of the company.



Salary range:


The salary range for this role is $39,108 through $111,111.FTP2027RL2027
