Job Description
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: market risk, Capital Markets, securities industry, trading, or interest rate risk experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics is ideal A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation, or Financial Risk Management (FRM) Certificate is also beneficial Strong analytical and risk management experience, with high attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SQL experience. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively with business partners and project managers Knowledge of a variety of asset classes and trading products; specifically, derivatives Knowledge and experience with Market and Counterparty Risk methods and measures (VaR, Greeks, stress simulations, MPE, Net CE, etc.) Experience and ability synthesizing large amounts of complex information and communicating clear and concise takeaways to the audience Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentJob Expectations:
