Job Summary:

Our client seeks a Senior Risk & Audit Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their Global Risk organization. This role requires driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of compliance and financial control. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management, finance, and risk expertise, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute complex, cross-functional programs supporting Global Risk priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, legal, technology, and external teams. Implement and improve processes to optimize program and operational efficiency. Develop and execute communication strategies for leadership updates and presentations. Champion a culture of connection, belonging, and collaboration.

Must Have Skills:

Exceptional project and program management in dynamic environments. Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels. Proven ability to drive collaboration in ambiguous situations.

Domain/Industry Experience:

Finance or Global Risk experience strongly preferred.
