- Integrated Risk Solutions will own and lead the development and optimization of a first-of-its-kind integrated risk solution for enterprise-level merchants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own, support, and enhance the technical implementation with the goal of real-time data availability and accuracy in the fraud and risk strategy for a large financial company Serve as a senior leader within the Integrated Risk Solutions team by providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic support to technical implementation and risk team membersWork with the client to identify initial fraud prevention needs while developing a deep understanding and roadmap for overall business objectivesDevelop and implement processes, procedures, and tools that will enable the efficient analysis of large data sets in partnership with the Analytics Manager of the AIRS teamCollaborate with the AIRS Analytics Manager and the AIRS Decision Science Team (DS) to develop, deploy, and support new and existing features to be leveraged by ML models for each Client decision feedProvide industry insights to assist the Client in making business decisions that continue to support best-in-class, global brand recognitionOwn and support internal and external Client team interactions to exceed primary success criteria by adapting to ever-changing fraud landscapes Manage projects related to the improvement of infrastructure, processes, features, and capabilities of the overall strategy, including the machine learning model, fraud decisioning platform, rules, and rule setsOwn and support the gathering and processing of complex Client requirements and deliverablesWork collaboratively with internal departments to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely mannerEnsure team and Client success by gathering and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Clients businessSupport the process of delivering the Clients regular business reviews to senior leadershipManage documentation effort while standing up each aspect of this clients lines of business, with the goal of making this repeatableWork collaboratively with other internal teams: Client Onboarding, Product Management, Development, Client Support, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Technology and Operations to deliver a best-in-class solution for the clientProvide customer training and education, including best practices and industry insights, to address the latest fraud trends and scenariosSkills & Qualifications:
10+ years working in a SaaS or similar environment OR 5+ years Enterprise-level Fraud and Risk Payments mitigation experienceDemonstrated success with problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to the latest fraud trendsSelf-starter, comfortable leading change and getting things doneSolid project management skills, able to navigate ambiguity and rapid changeAbility to work across teams and functional areas to gain feedback and support from stakeholdersOutstanding communication, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated adaptability to analyze issues and make decisions quicklyCapacity to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMust have strong change management and project management skillsStrong understanding of the Interceptas platform or other similar SaaS solutions, and the ability to develop new use cases to drive customer satisfaction and increased revenue for AccertifyDemonstrated knowledge of use cases for Accertify products and servicesHands-on proficiency with one or more of the following data exploration tools:SQL, Splunk, Spark, Drill, Python, ELK Stack (Jupyter Notebooks, PySpark, etc.)

Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)Remote work flexibility will be considered for qualified candidates outside of the Chicagoland areaThe salary range for this position is $125-145k annually, based on experience and qualifications.Visa Sponsorship:
