Job Requirements Rosslyn, VA Top Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified $114,600 - $191,000 Job Description Deloitte is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Security Officer Specialist Manager to support security operations for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs. This Specialist Manager role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and ensuring essential security operations for our 300+ classified contracts and more than 10,000 personnel security clearances. Risk if not filled is non-compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain our Facility Clearance and ability to bid/deliver classified contracts as well as to maintain our personnel security clearances, causing an impact to revenue and reputation Work you'll do As a Specialist Manager, Risk and Compliance Services on the GPS Security team, you will be responsible for... Administer National Industrial Security Program requirements for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs Implement security procedures and controls for Department of Defense classified facilities, including secure area operations, access controls, and facility safeguards Support inspection readiness, self-inspections, corrective action tracking, and physical security compliance activities across classified environments Partner with Deloitte account teams, engagement leaders, Enterprise Solutions, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to support program security requirements Support security activities across the contract lifecycle, from proposal support through contract closeout A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team At Deloitte, GPS Security is an internal operations team providing a range of security services.
