Akkodis is seeking a Product Management Lead for a Contract job with a client in Redmond, WA . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Fraud Risk Management, Product Management, Product Development, and Product Innovation Strategy, along with a proven ability to deliver fraud prevention and trust & safety solutions for marketplace, e-commerce, or digital platforms.

Rate Range:
$97/hour to $100/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Product Management Lead job responsibilities include: Define and drive the product roadmap for fraud, abuse prevention, and policy management capabilities across marketplace and e-commerce platforms. Analyze country-specific fraud patterns, abuse risks, customer journeys, payment workflows, and operational controls to identify launch risks and mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional product delivery initiatives by partnering with Engineering, Risk, Policy, Operations, Payments, Customer Service, Analytics, and business stakeholders. Translate fraud and abuse risks into scalable product requirements, workflows, policy controls, and customer protection mechanisms. Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), control validation, defect triage, issue resolution, and launch readiness activities for fraud prevention features. Establish operational readiness frameworks, dashboards, runbooks, SOPs, escalation processes, and post-launch monitoring mechanisms. Manage fraud-related customer notification strategies, communication templates, policy messaging, and customer trust initiatives.Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. 5+ years of experience in: Product Management, Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, Fraud Risk Management, Risk Operations, Business Analysis. Strong experience defining product roadmaps, writing requirements, managing feature prioritization, and delivering enterprise-scale products. Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to define, build, test, and launch technical solutions. Experience analyzing data, business metrics, fraud patterns, and operational trends to drive product decisions.Strong expertise in:
Fraud Risk Management, Product Development, Product Innovation Strategy, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Launch Readiness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing presentations and business narratives.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in: Fraud Prevention, Abuse Prevention, Trust & Safety, Marketplace Integrity, Financial Risk, Payments Risk, Compliance Operations. Experience identifying fraud patterns and translating them into product controls, policy updates, and operational processes. Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, defect management, and control validation. Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as: SQL, Tableau, QuickSight, Excel Experience writing PRFAQs, BRDs, SOPs, launch readiness documents, executive narratives, and policy documentation. This position requires the use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
