About Us 311 Commodities is a small, family-owned commodity brokerage based in Richland, Missouri. We specialize in supplying bulk feed to customers across the Midwest, currently serving operations in 8 states. We are a family-oriented company focused on supporting farmers—helping them sustain and grow their operations for generations to come. In addition to our brokerage, our family also owns and operates a farm and feedlot, giving us real-world experience and knowledge we pass on to our customers. Position Overview We are looking to hire a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our growing business. This is an in-office position based in Richland, MO. This role is ideal for someone with an agricultural background who understands livestock operations and feed needs, and enjoys building relationships with farmers and producers. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Communicate with farmers to understand their feed needs and operations Sell bulk feed products across multiple states Negotiate pricing and contracts Provide excellent customer service and follow-up Stay organized and detail-oriented with orders and logistics Qualifications Strong work ethic and self-motivation Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Strong negotiation skills Agricultural background preferred (livestock/feed knowledge is a big plus) Compensation Pay based on experience Transition to commission-based structure High earning potential — you get out what you put in Why Join 311 Commodities?
