$23/hour About Expedition Gaming Expedition Gaming is a fast-growing trading card company specializing in Pokémon TCG and collectible products. Our business spans high-volume sourcing, live selling (Whatnot), and direct-to-consumer sales , with a rapidly expanding wholesale division. We are building a trusted, scalable ecosystem for trading cards — and grading is at the core of that foundation. Role Overview We are hiring a TCG Card Grader & Authentication Specialist to support high-volume card processing and inventory grading operations . This role is focused on speed, accuracy, and consistency at scale . You'll be responsible for grading large quantities of cards daily while maintaining strict quality standards and identifying high-value or high-risk items. This is not a casual grading role — it's built for someone who can operate efficiently under volume without compromising judgment . Key Responsibilities Grade and authenticate large volumes of trading cards daily (primarily Pokémon TCG) Evaluate condition using standard grading factors: centering, edges, corners, surface Identify counterfeit, altered, or damaged cards with high accuracy Maintain consistent internal grading standards across bulk inventory Sort and process collections, bulk lots, and inbound inventory Flag high-value cards for review, grading submission, or premium handling Accurately log and track grading data within internal systems Support inventory organization, quality control workflows, and operational efficiency Collaborate with sourcing and sales teams to optimize value extraction What We're Looking For Someone who can balance speed and precision in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and consistency across repetitive workflows Deep familiarity with Pokémon cards and condition nuances High integrity — your grading directly impacts company value A process-driven mindset with the ability to improve workflows over time Qualifications 1+ year experience in trading cards, grading, dealing, or bulk sorting preferred Strong knowledge of Pokémon TCG (required) Ability to grade quickly and consistently at scale Experience identifying counterfeits, reprints, and altered cards Comfortable handling high-value inventory Ability to stay focused during repetitive, detail-heavy work Preferred Experience Submissions experience with Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), or Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) Experience in high-volume processing or warehouse environments Understanding of TCG market pricing, liquidity, and trends Extremely high attention to detail and understanding of TCG authentication & grading Familiarity with live selling platforms like Whatnot/Tiktok etc Compensation & Perks $23/hour Potential growth path into Senior Grader or Operations Lead roles Access to inventory and internal market insights Work inside a rapidly scaling trading card company Work Environment In-person role in a high-volume grading and processing setup Fast-paced, startup-style operations environment Repetitive, detail-focused work requiring sustained concentration How to Apply Please submit: A short summary of your experience to with trading cards - Subject Line " Expedition Gaming TCG Grading Application " Any grading or bulk processing experience with major grading agenciesOptional:
