Job Description Analyze DE&I data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track DE&I metrics. Collaborate with Human Resources and other teams to implement data-driven strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support DE&I goals. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all DE&I reporting. Support the development of policies and programs aligned with DE&I objectives. Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders effectively. Stay updated on best practices and trends in DE&I data analysis. The Successful Applicant A successful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Analyst should have: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in data visualization tools and software. Knowledge of DE&I principles and their application in the workplace. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. 2-5 years experience (required). Bachelors degree (required).
