Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree. 2-3 years of equity trading-related experience. Demonstrated interest in financial markets and investing. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to continuously expand trading knowledge and market expertise. Demonstrated initiative and accountability, with a willingness to take ownership of challenges through to resolution. Strong team orientation and willingness to support colleagues across all areas of the trading desk. Strong work ethic and the ability to build credibility and trust quickly. Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise, and actionable insights.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, MA, or CFA designation, or progress toward one of these credentials. Experience with data analysis, scripting, or automation tools such as Python, SQL, VBA, or similar technologies to enhance trading workflows. Multi-asset trading experience. FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home. Base Salary Ranges Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity. $100,000.00- 140,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers $100,000.00
