PRIVATE INVESTOR

HIRING TWO FUTURES TRADERS

Houston-based private investor seeking TWO experienced futures traders to trade proprietary software in investor-owned cash accounts, Monday-Friday.

PART-TIME TRADER

4:30 AM-8:30 AM — $5,000/month after one-week evaluation period.

FULL-TIME TRADER

8:30 AM-2:59 PM — $10,000/month after one-week evaluation period. Remote work is acceptable, but applicants must live in the Houston area .

REQUIREMENTS

Superior knowledge and demonstrated experience using Tradovate and TradingView charts Minimum 100 completed trades using Tradovate Experienced with futures day trading, particularly NQ, ES and GC on 5-minute charts Able to follow a systematic trading process with discipline. References required upon request

TRADING PROCESS

The proprietary software dictates approximately 90-92% of trade entry and exit decisions , requiring minimal "massaging" or discretionary adjustment by the trader. These are day-trading positions only ; all positions must be closed and accounts returned to cash by 3:00 PM each trading day . New traders will first paper trade the software for 1-2 days , followed by approximately 2 days of live trading in micro contracts , and then transition to standard/mini contracts as appropriate. The first week is an evaluation period, with compensation negotiable during that period. Successful completion of the evaluation will transition to the compensation rates listed above.
