Based in either Singapore, London or Houston (with preference for Singapore), this role will lead complex commercial negotiations, build and manage senior-level relationships with suppliers, buyers, and portfolio players, and help shape the origination strategy for our LNG business. The successful candidate will work closely with trading, legal, shipping, risk, and regulatory teams to structure and close high-value, long-term and medium-term LNG transactions. The LNG Originator I/II/Sr responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the identification, development, and execution of LNG sale, supply, and trading opportunities, including long-term and medium-term contracts and portfolio optimisation initiatives. Oversee contract structuring and finalisation, partnering with Legal and Risk to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key LNG suppliers, buyers, portfolio players, and strategic partners, acting as a primary commercial point of contact. Prepare and present deal proposals, market analysis, and business cases to senior management and investment/commitment committees. Mentor junior origination and trading staff and contribute to the broader development of the origination function.
