You'll analyze financial data, prepare business returns, research federal and state tax laws, and clearly explain tax implications to customers. You will leverage Intuit's cloud-based, data-driven tools to troubleshoot complex scenarios while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Provide tax preparation and advisory support to small business clients using Intuit platforms such as Turbo Tax and Quick Books. Analyze financial statements and tax documents to prepare accurate business tax returns and schedules. Research federal and state business tax regulations to ensure filings are compliant and optimized. Identify tax-saving opportunities and explain complex tax concepts in clear, client-friendly language. Collaborate with cross-functional Intuit teams to improve tax workflows, tools, and customer experience. Maintain detailed, accurate records and documentation for all returns and client interactions. Stay current on evolving tax laws, IRS guidance, and industry best practices through ongoing learning. Use data-driven insights and Intuit's cloud-based tools to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer tax questions.
